According to the electricity demand and existing site resources of Chongxian Manufacturing Base, 4.2MW distributed photovoltaic power has been installed on 60000 square meters of roof since 2015, with an average annual power generation of approximately 3.8 million kWh. And two energy storage power plants, lithium iron phosphate and all vanadium liquid flow, have been successively built, including a lithium iron phosphate energy storage power plant of 2.5MW/5MWh and an all vanadium liquid flow energy storage power plant of 1MW/4MWh. After the energy storage of Wave Valley (Green Power), the annual power supply is about 6 million kWh, which has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency, and high standardization.    

This project provides customers with a complete set of ultra-low emission control equipment that integrates flue gas desulfurization, denitration, dust removal, and whitening in sintering machines. Through the implementation of SDS dry desulfurization+SDA semi dry desulfurization+bag filter+S-SCR denitration process technology, the ultra-low emission indicators of SO2 ≤ 35mg/Nm3, NOx ≤ 50mg/Nm3, and particulate matter ≤ 5mg/Nm3 in sintering machine flue gas are ensured, ensuring that there are no white smoke plumes in the final discharged flue gas.

In order to meet the requirements of implementing ultra-low emission standards in 2022 and increasing the operation load in the later stage of the plant, Jilin Jianlong Iron and Steel Company built a desulfurization and WESP system for two 10m2 shaft furnaces to meet the full load operation requirements of the two furnaces, and to reduce the emission concentration of flue and dust particles in the treated flue gas to less than 10 mg/Nm3 and the emission concentration of SO2 to less than 35 mg/Nm3.

This project includes a 2 * 150 steel continuous feeding electric furnace dust removal system, as well as corresponding refining dust removal systems such as LF furnace, continuous casting, and feeding systems. The electric furnace dust removal system adopts a combination mode of primary flue gas exhaust inside-furnace + secondary flue gas exhaust outside-furnace+third flue exhaust on the roof" to capture the electric furnace flue. The capture hood meets the requirements of a capture rate greater than 98%, and the dust emission concentration is ≤ 10mg/Nm3.
